Financial information relating to donations and financial activity will be retained for 7 years to comply with HMRC regulations.
Personal information of members will be retained for 7 years after membership has been discontinued to clarify any queries from HMRC.
Puja and Hindu function photographs uploaded to the Scunthorpe Mandir website may include photographs of attendees and their families, including children, and will be retained indefinitely. Attendees should contact the website administrator to request photographs to be deleted for personal or safety reasons.
